The Seconds Pass gathers fifteen years of photographs Ed Templeton took from inside a car, whether when he was driving or as a passenger. Therefore, those images are literally taken in the right moment, split seconds of a time and a place. So, this book takes a look at the realities (sometimes harsh) of different urban environments. The locations Templeton captures are often impoverished and neglected. What we would call slums and ghettos. Further, the photographs are taken in nine countries, which contributes to creating a 'social fabric' of mankind.
