The Bildband team provides a range of workshops from analogue printing to zine making. We also host workshops by international artists and creators in the photography field.
Bildband Berlin Zine Making Workshop 07+08.06 and 20.06
We would like to invite you to take part in the Bildband Berlin zine making workshop with Joe Dilworth and Youvalle Levy.
NEW DATES: 07+08.06 and 20.06
Day 1 Saturday 7th of June: In a group of up to 10 people we will sequence and edit your project.
Day 2 Sunday 8th of June: You will learn how to use a layout program and work with a pre-existing designed template. Once the project is ready we will send it to print.
Day 3 20th of June: See the printed result! the zines would be printed and available for sale at the shop. Invite your friends in the evening for a drink to celebrate the end of the workshop and show your new zine.
Included in the price are 25 copies of your zine!
24 pages, A5 size, edition of 25.

One day darkroom printing workshop with Joe Dilworth
At the start of the workshop we will make a selection from your own negatives and print them. We have a large stock of Orwo and Ilford paper, both Baryt and Resin Coated, I will show the differences and advantages/disadvantages of both, and how best to use them.
We have four great enlargers, Leitz Focomat 1c, Leitz Focomat 2c, Durst M605, Leitz Focomat v35, and I will show their differences.
