La memoria fracturada (The fractured memory) consists in a work of research and compilation of photographic archives created between 2019 and 2022. Through exhaustive curatorial work, Manuel identified recurring themes in his work, whether due to technical, personal, or contextual reasons: Identity, Sexuality, Chile’s Social Uprising, Architecture, Pandemic, Nature. All of these fixations, sometimes conscious, sometimes unconscious, converge in the same feeling.
