2 day Analogue Photography Workshop
From loading the film to drying the print, max 5 participants. Including a roll of film each, paper and chemicals.
We will start on Saturday morning at Bildband with a selection of 35mm and medium format cameras, an introduction to them and what they do, and the whole process of black & white photography.
Then we go out and shoot a roll each, using one of my cameras, or your own. In the afternoon I will show you how to develop the film, dry it, and make contact sheets.
On Sunday we make a selection from those frames – and/or your own negatives – and print them. We have a large stock of Orwo and Ilford paper, both Baryt and Resin Coated, I will show the differences and advantages/disadvantages of both, and how best to use them.
We have four great enlargers, Leitz Focomat 1c, Leitz Focomat 2c, Durst M605, Leitz Focomat v35, and I will show their differences.
The workshop will be conducted in English – any questions, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org – or drop by the shop.
